The need to create something new brought us together. Something new, that everyone recognizes!

What seems paradoxical at first, is the key to Enter Metropolis. Phrases such as: “it’s refreshingly new, but familiar from the start” or “all the old bands resurrected” best describe the sound of the five-musician band. It is precisely this mix of tradition and the contemporary, that defines their music. Reference bands range from Muse, via 30 Seconds to Mars, to One Republic and Coldplay.

So what happens when a band with an average age of 24, young and energetic, brings 10 years’ stage experience into the mix? Exactly that is what audiences get to see both nationally and internationally, since this is a German band with English lyrics, courageously going against the current German trend. With their debut album “Bright Lights”, the group toured between Munich and Hamburg, as well as winning over new Irish fans with their intoxicating shows.

With the first studio album, Enter Metropolis succeeded in sharing the stage with bands like Luxuslärm and Staubkind, as well as being lined up for big events such as the Schlossgrabenfest Darmstadt and the KURT Festival. The single “Bright Lights” made it onto German radio stations such as WDR2, NJoy and NDR2, and was featured by MyVideo.

Currently, the band is in the middle of producing their second album, which will come out this year.
